You know when I purchased the offer I thought I would be scammed but turned out it was a real deal..and OH the POTRAITS THE POTRAITS 200/100. TOTALLY EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS, I AM HAPPY AND WILL BE COMING FOR MORE PURCHASES.
We placed our order about 3 weeks ago and now understand why they had delays or back orders. When I received my order on Friday I was amazed by the final product. All my colleagues and family wants to order from them after seeing my order. I am so inlove with my canvassers I’m definitely ordering more!
I am very pleased with the final product I received and truly appreciate the quality of the workmanship.
However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding communication. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. This would have been my only reason for not ordering again, although the quality of the product ultimately made up for the negative experience caused by the lack of communication.
While I understand that there was a backlog, as mentioned on your social media platforms, I was only made aware of this after following up multiple times by phone and being advised to check your social media page. I would have greatly appreciated a direct update or response to my emails and calls when I requested feedback on my order status.
Additionally, your stated turnaround time is 3–5 working days, yet I received my order 11 working days after it was placed. Clear and proactive communication regarding delays would have made the experience far more positive.
I sincerely hope that communication with customers can be improved going forward. Despite the challenges, I will definitely consider ordering again and trust that future orders will be delivered within the promised timeframe, with regular updates throughout the process.
