The ordering process is extremely user friendly and took 5 mins. I do think you should be more specific about the difference between courier time and lead time. Your lead time is 3-5 days excluding shipping but that's my absolute only complaint. The canvas's were spectacular and exactly what i wanted and i will definitely order again and again.
