I placed my order on 8 March but heard nothing about it, so on 1 April I asked what the delay was. I got a reply "I will check what the problem is and sort it out for you.I have made a note on your order." But I never heard any more : no apology or reason for the delay. I finally got the parcel today 7 April.
I find the frames are very thick and bulky compared to other canvas prints I have had made.
Picture perfect and very fast delivery. I am very impressed

I ordered 2 canvasses on the 19th of February, they were ordered for 2 clients, no communication from you guys whatsoever and when I followed up you were slow to respond, to the point where I thought that you might be closing down and dodging.
I received my order and because the canvases I had made has a lot of sentimental memories, the tears were unstoppable. The quality of the canvases is amazing and the color is so natural. They are just beautiful thank you!

I had requested 3 pictures to be done.
I received an email to say that two can't open. I resent the two in pdf form and instead of the 3 I asked and paid for I got three of the same pictures. Not really happy.
