Communication was poor? delivery took 2months and i think mainly because I was asking every week on status update.
Putting aside their communication and timelines they do brilliant work. I love my canvases they are all amazing. they just need to work on customer service
The whole process from placing the order, to following up and delivery was seamless. The canvas look amazing,even my toddler is obsessed with her new pictures
Good quality, BUT very very bad delivery time. BAD communication. Disappointed, but will order again if service can be upgraded
So unhappy with my purchase. The images’ colour came out yellow, and the original images do not look like that. Also the delivery took forever! Waited nearly a month for my order

The site says 3-5 days but my package was delivered after 11 days of me calling and continuously asking what’s going on with my package the lady just keeps saying they got a backlog but no clear indication of how long it will take- 11 days for one simple A5 is ridiculous
I was so frustrated with the order taking longer than expected, waited for more than a month, i understand this was due to december holidays but i still feel their service could’ve been better, getting an order from December in February is not it.
With regards to the product i am 120% happy, beautiful work. My pictures came better than i was hoping they would be. Will definitely order again, just not in December 😂
On Friday 30/1/2026 I received a WhatsApp saying my order is out for delivery I then received a notification my order failed delivery and they have tried to deliver at 2:44 no one has called me to say that they are here or close by I then checked my camera’s and no one was here to deliver the package. I am so upset as I wanted a whole month for my order.

The canvas took almost 3 weeks to be delivered after the order confirmation e-mail stated 3-5 working days! It was ordered as a birthday gift and the embarrassment of arriving at the birthday without a gift was just not acceptable. I will never do business with Canvas and Gifts or RAM couriers again. Both unreliable, poor customer service. Once they have your money, they don't care. Made NO effort to speed up the delivery not to mention to keep up to their promise or even close.
You exceeded my expectation, all three canvas are so beautiful and the size is perfect. I’m happy to say I can recommend anyone to do their canvases with you guys thank you so much.
Same complaint as most of the other complaints. Communication is shocking enough for me to think twice about using this company again. The lead time stated on the website is extremely misleading and the young lady on the phone has a snotty arrogance. Pity... the prints are good, my last order was not as nice as the first order. Again, if the young lady on the phone handled me better I may have been able to dismiss how my 3-5 days became almost 1 month. Many other options out there. In fact the other guy printed and delivered my order in 7 days, got more frames for my money and produced the same quality.
Although my order took time to arrive, the long wait was worth it!
WORST experience ever. Worst communication. I placed my order and only received it over a month later. If I didn't phone twice a week, it would most likely still be sitting in their warehouse. Absolutely disgusting. Would never recommend.
