It took them more than a month for my order to be delivered. I think the special is bring in too much work that the company is struggling to fulfil

I ordered 2 canvasses on the 19th of February, they were ordered for 2 clients, no communication from you guys whatsoever and when I followed up you were slow to respond, to the point where I thought that you might be closing down and dodging.
I received my order and because the canvases I had made has a lot of sentimental memories, the tears were unstoppable. The quality of the canvases is amazing and the color is so natural. They are just beautiful thank you!

I had requested 3 pictures to be done.
I received an email to say that two can't open. I resent the two in pdf form and instead of the 3 I asked and paid for I got three of the same pictures. Not really happy.

I was a little concerned about receiving my order after seeing some negative reviews online. However, this turned out to be unfounded and I received my order on time and the quality was excellent.
The waiting time is very long, but it is worth it for the costing and the great canvas received
The order process is fantastic, however improvements can be made on the tracking of the order and the time it takes to receive it.
Ordering was easy, communication was bad, delivery took forever. Happy with product but waited 5 weeks from order to delivery.

If you phone on the Monday they tell you it is reddy for shipping on the Friday you asked them if they can trek it and it is still not posted. Pathetic service not good at all.
