Before placing any order for the 12 month time period to supply images, make sure that you read the terms, as they will not assist before all images of all combo's purchased are not submitted
Originally my husband purchased 3 different combo offers as gifts for me, as one was part of a mothers day gift, so at first I decided to do the 7 piece , and then later I would have done the other 2 combo's , as at this stage I was hoping to make use of new images that we would have taken on a photoshoot, but was advised, after I followed up, that sorry, because all 3 combo;s was paid and ordered at once, all 3 com o's photos must be submitted together, before they will start. I tried explaining that the 7 piece was a mothers day gift, but still no luck. I then made use of images that I did not really wanted to, so that I was able to get the Mothers day 7 piece combo, and just my luck, that order was completed incorrect and short supplied
Please make sure to split orders if buying more than 1 combo on their 12 month special, cause if more than one combo's purchased and paid on one payment, all images for all combo's purchased must be supplied at once, before they will even start,, so rather purchase and pay for each combo in dividually, but in my case, my husband would never have purchased 3 combo's if he had to do it individually, as he says its a waist of time to split everything the whole time, and for this reason I had to rush to send all 30 images , so that I was able to get the 7 piece, only to receive the incorrect/incomplete order. They have sent me the missing items, but not a great experience as a first-time client
