I am very pleased with the final product I received and truly appreciate the quality of the workmanship.
However, I would like to provide some constructive feedback regarding communication. Unfortunately, the communication throughout the process was extremely poor. This would have been my only reason for not ordering again, although the quality of the product ultimately made up for the negative experience caused by the lack of communication.
While I understand that there was a backlog, as mentioned on your social media platforms, I was only made aware of this after following up multiple times by phone and being advised to check your social media page. I would have greatly appreciated a direct update or response to my emails and calls when I requested feedback on my order status.
Additionally, your stated turnaround time is 3–5 working days, yet I received my order 11 working days after it was placed. Clear and proactive communication regarding delays would have made the experience far more positive.
I sincerely hope that communication with customers can be improved going forward. Despite the challenges, I will definitely consider ordering again and trust that future orders will be delivered within the promised timeframe, with regular updates throughout the process.

Placed my order on the 15th of January and was hoping to receive it before the 25th of January, as the website says “usually ready within 2-4 days” but after emailing to follow up on my order, being told via email to contact them via WhatsApp, getting no response, me following up again and eventually being told they have a backlogs due to the festive season, I only received my order almost a month from my order date. Totally understandable that you have to many orders to handle, but then please state this on your website and communicate with your customers. Also the lady that I eventually spoke to on the phone was unprofessional. I will not be ordering from Canvas and gifts again due to the lack of customer care. Product is good, but I can get the same quality product with better customer service and within the advertised delivery time.

Happy with most of my canvases, expect for your wedding canvas. This was a scanned photo, I was hoping you would enchanced it before printing it....disappointented in the quality.
I bought this as a gift for my wife who loves wild dogs. This is a crisp image and well framed. It will be one of the few pieces we take home with us when we eventually leave SA.
It’s beyond beautiful. And for the price is absolutely worth it.
The product is perfect! It did take a while to get it but I understand there was a backlog I do wish they emailed about it. But nonetheless I received my pictures in such great condition and they were wrapped up so nicely. I LOVE that they included hooks at the back and it makes it easier to just hang up ! . Definitely wanting to order from them again
