How long until I get my order?

As soon as you place your order, Our team will start processing the order. Our design team will start uploading your photos, and send you a mock-up if nessesary. Only photos of lower quality and or incorrect aspect ratios will receive mock-ups to confirm before we print. When you approve the mock-up, we will start the production process and courier it as soon as it is completed.

This entire process normally takes between 3 - 5 working days.

This was my first time I placed an order with them so i ordered the filter on my photos incorrectly. I noticed this a day or 2 after my order was placed lol... Luckily there was a Lady named Salomie who assisted me right away by changing the filter of my photos. Thank you I will definitely be ordering again.
