As soon as you place your order, Our team will start processing the order. Our design team will start uploading your photos, and send you a mock-up if nessesary. Only photos of lower quality and or incorrect aspect ratios will receive mock-ups to confirm before we print. When you approve the mock-up, we will start the production process and courier it as soon as it is completed.
This entire process normally takes between 3 - 5 working days before shipping. However, these times might be longer over festive, and gifting periods when order volumes are extremely high.

I ordered a 22 piece combo online. The process went smoothly and it was easy enough to digitally transfer the images via the recommended application. The designer contacted me the same day with the proofs and I gave the go ahead for printing. The pictures look amazing and I am happy with the overall product. Only one thing relating to the product itself - the hooks on which to hang the product, specifically where only one hook is required, was off centre. We literally had to reposition all of the hooks in order to hang them straight. On the bigger canvasses where two hooks were required, these were not equally spaced so again we had to reposition. Otherwise, good quality product which looks beautiful on my wall.
Overall the service was good, only I didn’t know when to expect my order. I had to follow up. I was given an indication but then never received any further confirmation or communication in this regard. I would have appreciated an email indicating that the order had been shipped and the tracking number. Unfortunately I wasn't expecting the order and when the courier arrived there was no one available to receive. This could easily have been avoided if I had the tracking number and could contact the courier to reschedule the delivery.
As I said in my review title, good quality product, good service, only small tweaks required.
